Bob's is owned by partners Andy and Adrien. Based in Eltham and Croydon, they serve fantastic brunch and other quality dishes alongside sweet treats and coffee to die for.

South East Enterprise established that the business could improve its online presence using social media and website marketing. The web site could still be improved including getting the business advertised on Google for local searches.

We recommended attending our workshops to learn how to better engage with the local community and build a brand presence and the owners attended our Wix workshop.

During the website review it was noted that the site was not appearing on Google and we showed Adrien how to unblock it, the site was instantly picked up by Google. This allowed people to find the website which now ranks organically on search engines.

The owners have a digital action plan and a clear idea of the way forward. Search engine ranking and building online communities is now properly enabled and the job of developing the business can start in earnest.
