Before the next meeting, we would like you to complete the following:

Write down 2 business objectives for 2025:

  • One will be a marketing objective e.g. start a blog, improve SEO
  • The second one will be a growth objective e.g. 2 more clients or increase revenue by 5%
  • Write down steps you will take to achieve your objectives, how you will stay on track and monitor progress

You will each share these in breakout rooms and get input from other business owners to ensure you have clarity on how to achieve your objectives. Your objectives should SMART:

  • Specific
  • Measurable
  • Achievable
  • Realistic
  • Timely

For example: I will write and publish two high quality blog posts each month on relevant topics, increase website traffic by 10% and attract 50 new readers monthly.

I've been working with South East Enterprise since 2014 when I first started my private counselling practice. Through the process of learning and understanding the importance of online visibility of my business I've been able to grow. This support has been invaluable in helping me to understand what is required to prosper and grow. I attended the video workshop and learnt how to make a short film. The video I produced is now used by the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy).
