Once you register onto this free programme our e-business advisers will carry out an e-business audit to assess exactly what aspects of e-business will most benefit your organisation. This could involve helping you identify the best social media platform and building an online community for your marketing effort, improving your web site and how you manage it’s content, the image it projects to the outside world, how your customers and potential customers see you and how easily they can find your site when searching on the web (SEO), Search Engine Optimisation and the security of your data by building a solid cyber security foundation.

This is not just another training programme although training is included and we can take you and your staff through all of the elements necessary to achieve your objectives. Training takes place in our modern computer suite in Woolwich or at The Engine House in Erith and some training can be delivered on site at your premises if required. If you prefer, we are able to deliver our support online using Zoom or Teams if this is more convenient.

The assessment will include a skills audit of your staff and training can be organised where appropriate. Every aspect is explored from CMS, giving you control over your web content, CRM systems allowing you to manage your customer relationships and sales, e-commerce, social media and SEO, how people find you on the web and the image your business projects to the world, remote working, payment platforms, cyber security and much more.

Step 3

Apply your new e-business skills
The Local London e-business support programme is tailored to you which means our adviser will work with you to develop a programme that suits your needs. Your e-business adviser is there to support you, able to help you implement new practices and show you how to use your new e-business skills to benefit your business.
