CLMD is a Woolwich based training provider delivering vocational courses in Business, Management, Administration, Health and Social Care and Child Care.
Bridgette wanted the staff to work remotely, update documents, download information and be able to manage providers and students while keeping everything secure.
We introduced MS365 and SharePoint which allows the staff to access documents and information and upload their work in real time. This also allows providers real time access to shared documents.
We helped with the initial set up of MS365 and provided training so they can run the business remotely and manage the providers and students.
We also reviewed their cyber security and ensured 2FA (2 factor Authentication) was in place with robust access limitations.
We provided training to enable the client to change their website using a WordPress dashboard. This reduces their reliance on third party developers as well as reducing expenditure.
The programme is focused on helping small businesses develop digital skills to advance their services. Our staff were able to develop their digital marketing proficiency making our services more accessible and our promotion strategy more dynamic. The SEE trainers are very helpful and have a thorough understanding of digital marketing techniques
